Working Under Pressure vs Under Passion

A high salary is much more important than job satisfaction.

Working is main activities of human being in order to provide their life specifically to pay for basic needs. Looking up in function of work it makes people usually try to get job with high salary then use it for daily needs and leisure.

At the moment we can mentioned many kinds of jobs and occupations promises workers high value salary and fortune. For example, people are attracted to enter banking companies or financial industry. Usually those sectors bring wealthy life to their workers. However, there are drawbacks to just seeking wealth, I believe passion is the most important consideration when choosing a job.

If people choose job by following their passion, workers most likely become resilience under stress and deadline, because they use to work with happiness. With value of satisfying doing job then company can earn worker’s loyalty. The loyalty gives sustainable salary for workers, compared with ambitious workers with high salary but doing job without satisfied. This condition probably impacted to their productivity which not sustain because they can’t handle the pressure.

As consideration we can say that choosing job targeting high salaries, it might harm ourselves as workers and also company’s image. Based on previous explanation that mentioned unproductivity of workers can lose company’s goal. If workers can’t do their tasks properly, the company also can fire workers.

Otherwise, if someone choses a job following their passion and satisfaction, workers not only get the benefit bur also companies can reach targets. As a bonus, companies also earn good image among society as an office with a low turnover of workers.

That’s why I strongly agree that in order to elevate your career, happiness comes first.
